Open networks. Programmable value.

We invest in the infrastructure and businesses that make value easier to move, ownership easier to verify and markets easier to access.

systems.

Architecture matters only when it reduces a real cost or enables a relationship that could not otherwise exist.

01 / The shift

From closed rails to programmable coordination.

Open networks matter when they lower the cost of transaction, settlement, verification or collaboration while creating durable demand and an understandable route to value capture.

We do not reduce Crypto to a token-price view, nor assume every financial or agent workflow belongs onchain. The work is to identify where an open architecture provides a measurable advantage—and where the economics, security and governance can support it over time.

02 / Our investment lens

Four layers between open architecture and lasting value.

We separate technical activity, network use, company revenue and token-holder value. They can reinforce one another, but none automatically proves the next.

01 · Open infrastructure

Architecture with a reason.

Settlement networks, interoperability, data, storage and compute.

What material advantage does an open architecture deliver over the existing alternative?

02 · Money & settlement

Movement at a lower total cost.

Stablecoins, cross-border payments, treasury and settlement systems.

Who is using it, why are they using it and is the complete cost actually lower?

03 · Markets & financial services

Demand beyond subsidy.

Trading, liquidity, lending and onchain financial services.

Does revenue come from a real service need rather than temporary incentives or leverage?

04 · Trust & coordination

Accountable relationships.

Identity, authorization, credentials, reputation and audit.

Can different parties collaborate with verifiable actions and clear responsibility?

03 / What we back

Open systems that become necessary to a real economic relationship.

We look for infrastructure and businesses where openness is not a slogan. The architecture should make an actual transaction, market or coordination problem better—and sustain the security, governance and economics required to keep doing so.

04 / What we study

The gaps between a network, a business and an investable economic model.

We study the conditions that make open infrastructure durable: genuine users, explicit value capture, sound security and governance, and the ability to keep serving the commercial relationship after incentives fade.

01

Retention after incentives

Whether users, liquidity and activity remain once artificial rewards and short-term leverage are removed.

02

Stablecoin operating reality

Actual flows, distribution channels, redemption mechanics and counterparty arrangements—not a generic payment narrative.

03

Security and governance

How upgrade permissions, concentration, incentive design and regulatory dependence affect the durability of the service.

04

AI × Crypto

How people, companies and agents can interact under clear authority, evidence of execution, settlement receipts and accountable dispute processes.

05 / The economic standard

Programmability must meet responsibility.

AI agents may take part in economic activity, but a wallet address does not prove identity, authority or credit. A completed payment does not prove that a service was performed. The opportunity is infrastructure that makes the relationship legible, scoped and accountable.

01

Real demand

Is a real commercial relationship or user need present beneath the surface activity?

02

Architecture necessity

Does the network solve a problem that a conventional system cannot solve as well?

03

Value capture

Can the service, business or network explain how useful activity becomes durable economics?

04

Control and recourse

Are authority, limits, security, governance and responsibility clear enough for the system to scale?

Adoption matters. Value capture must be earned.
